DENVER, July 29, 2008— For the second consecutive year, independent financial evaluators have named Mark Smith one of the top wealth advisors in Colorado.  The Winner’s Circle, an independent advocacy organization, ranked Smith second in the state.  Smith is principal of M.J. Smith and Associates.
